Delivery Information
Royal Mail (Tracked). When I have shipped your package, tracking number would be available to you in an email, search “SquareSpace” in your inbox to get that tracking number. Then go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas, especially with International order. With previous experiences of shipping during December, the post offices are often busy, that leads to longer than usual delivery time.
Weight-based shipping cost
Please be sure a person would be able to receive during office hours. If not, depending on the local courier, a delivery note might be left at the doorstep. Please be sure to look out for those and retrieve the package at your local post office.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the package would be returned to me. I will email the customer to arrange anther shipping, the customer might be responsible for the shipping cost if it’s because of package unclaimed / inaccurate address.
